More on Marlin and Imperial---annoymous by my choice, but very reliable: no, make that, "extremely."

I have since heard that the people in the Atlanta "Vendor Direct" office of Imperial took over the office furnishings etc. and are continuing to operate independently and funding through Marlin...

I also heard Marlin may be servicing the Atlanta portfolio, but I find that hard to believe...

I do know that John Reed from Denver left yesterday moving to San Diego to oversee the run down of the Imperial portfolio...
